Quinoa Salad with Vacherin Fribourgeois (Swiss Cheese)

To change a bit from the tabbouleh during summer picnics, I suggest an original and traditional salad. Original because the seed of couscous will be replaced here by quinoa and traditional because we will use a Swiss cheese of character : the Vacherin Fribourgeois.

For the story of this recipe, I started from my mother-in-law’s quinoa salad recipe and twisted it. Hes advice: There must be less quinoa than other ingredients :).

If you want to know more about this delicious cheese, visit their website. We regulary buy this cheese with my husband and this partnership with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP has allowed us to know this swiss cheese a little better :)!
