Julie doesn’t eat a lot of vegetables to be honest, and that’s not so easy to find tricks so she gets her vitamin dose!
Like her mum, vegetables she rather likes that mash or blend, and that’s already something.
As a result, she loves these little verrines, tasty but pink as well!
Beetroot mousse verrines
- 4 beetroot cooked
- 75 gr fresh cheese type cantadou, boursin
- 1 shallot
- Use a little mixer to mix all ingredients together.
- Fill in your little verrines.
