The only time I tasted this salad, the coleslaw, was in a restaurant, in or next to a burger to be more precise. Last week when I decided to make homemade burgers, I embarked on this cool slow adventure.
Coleslaw recipe
Ingredients
- 300 gr white cabbage grated
- 300 gr carrot grated
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp mustard dijon type
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 turn pepper mill
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
