soles (200 gr.)
ask to the fishmonger to remove the skins from both side

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice

branches of Thyme
Instructions
Melt butter in a large frying pan on medium heat.
Flour the fishes.
Fry 3 minutes on each side.
Place in your plates.
Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on top of each sole, the rest of melted butter and sprinckle with lemon thyme.
