Sole meuniere recipe with lemon thyme

Ingredients
  

  • 2 heaped tablespoons of flour
  • 30 gr butter
  • 2 soles (200 gr.) ask to the fishmonger to remove the skins from both side
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 branches of Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large frying pan on medium heat.
  • Flour the fishes.
  • Fry 3 minutes on each side.
  • Place in your plates.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on top of each sole, the rest of melted butter and sprinckle with lemon thyme.
