Roasted Rhubarb and strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 80 gr rhubarb
  • 80 gr strawberries
  • 20 gr butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut rhubarb.
  • Clean and cut in 4 the strawberries.
  • Mix, add the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the rhubarb and strawberries for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or strawberry sorbet.
