Ingredients
  

  • 6 pears
  • 1 l. of water
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 100 gr. of chocolate
  • 120 ml. of cream
  • 500 ml. of vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Peel pears. Add water, sugar and lemon juice in a casserole dish. Bring to a boil. Add pears and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the heat. Leave pears to cool in the sirupe.
  • Cook chocolate and cream in a water bath stirring regularly to obtain your chocolate sauce.
  • Add 2 balls of vanilla ice cream and 1 pear in each bowl. Pour some chocolate sauce on top and serve.
