Peel pears. Add water, sugar and lemon juice in a casserole dish. Bring to a boil. Add pears and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the heat. Leave pears to cool in the sirupe.
Cook chocolate and cream in a water bath stirring regularly to obtain your chocolate sauce.
Add 2 balls of vanilla ice cream and 1 pear in each bowl. Pour some chocolate sauce on top and serve.
