Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the melted butter and eggs. Whisk until a smooth paste is obtained.
Add the milk little by little, trying not to make lumps.
Leave to stand for one hour (at least 30 minutes).
Heat a pancake pan.
Apply a little butter with a paper towel / paper towel.
Pour a ladle of dough. Turn the pancakes about 2 minutes later when small bubbles form on the surface.
Cook for 2 minutes on the other side and serve.
