giant prawns
2
tablespoons
of olive oil
2
tablespoons
of white wine
2
branches of lemon Thyme
1
garlic clove
some fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel and chop garlic clove.
Open prawns in two parts using a sharp knife.
Add two tablespoons of olive oil and white wine on top of the prawns.
Add some Thyme, garlic and some pepper.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
