Giant prawns with garlic and olive oil

Ingredients
  

  • 2 giant prawns
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 2 branches of lemon Thyme
  • 1 garlic clove
  • some fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Peel and chop garlic clove.
  • Open prawns in two parts using a sharp knife.
  • Add two tablespoons of olive oil and white wine on top of the prawns.
  • Add some Thyme, garlic and some pepper.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
