Instructions
Soak the razor shells in salt water during approximately 1 hour.
Rinse with fresh water.
Chop the garlic after removing the green sprout.
Fry the razor shells until they changed color with the butter, the garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
Serve quickly and enjoy!
