Ingredients

of butter + a bit more for the mould

of good dark chocolate

of liquid cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt chocolate, butter and cream in a water bath. Mix and add sugar.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with a fork, add chocolate mix. Stir until you get a homogeneous paste.
Pour in your mould (diameter, 24 cm) and bake for 40 minutes.
Leave to cool at room temperature and place in your fridge until you serve.
The best is to make it one day prior eating.
