Instructions
Do not peel the beetroot and cook for 40 minutes in a pressure cooker. Like potatoes, to check if it is ready, pick a knife in it.
Peel and dice beetroot.
Peel and chop shallots.
Mix beetroot with vinegar, oil and add just a pinch of salt.
