bouquet garni

of olive oil
Instructions
Fill a casserole dish with water. Add bouquet garni and salt. Bring to a boil.
Peel and slice potatoes. Wash sliced potates.
Put potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain.
Heat a non sticky pan with olive oil. Put potatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes stiring regularly.
Serve.
