The roasted potatoes of Marie Lou

Ingredients
  

  • 600 gr. of potatoes 1.30 lb.
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Fill a casserole dish with water. Add bouquet garni and salt. Bring to a boil.
  • Peel and slice potatoes. Wash sliced potates.
  • Put potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain.


  • Heat a non sticky pan with olive oil. Put potatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes stiring regularly.
  • Serve.
