- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 tomato (400 gr)
- 150 gr fresh goat cheese
- 10 leaves oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Follow this recipe for the shortcrust pastry. For this pie, I used white flour and not spelled flour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.
Spread the goat cheese
Slice the tomato
Place them on the pie.
Fold the edges.
Add a little oregano on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Add a little olive oil just before serving.
