of olive oil

of Peri-Peri pepper

garlic cloves

lemon zest

of tomato sauce
grounded fresh pepper

of salt

gambas
Instructions
Mix olive oil with Peri-Peri pepper, zest, garlic cloves, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour on top of gambas after cutting them in two parts with a good knife.
Marinate at least 30 minutes.
Cook in a large frying pan for 5 minutes and serve.
