Gambas recipe Peri-Peri sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml. of olive oil
  • 20 gr. of Peri-Peri pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • grounded fresh pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 8 gambas

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil with Peri-Peri pepper, zest, garlic cloves, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Pour on top of gambas after cutting them in two parts with a good knife.
  • Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook in a large frying pan for 5 minutes and serve.
