big tomato
1
mozzarella di Buffala
3
tablespoons
of lemon olive oil
1
tablespoon
of balsamic vinegar
1
pinch
of salt flower

basil leaves
some pepper
Instructions
Slice finely tomato and mozzarella (Tip : use a bread knife, everything will get easier)
Place in one plate.
Chisel basil leaves. Mix with lemon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Brush on top of the tomato and mozzarella slices. Pour the left over on top and refrigerate until serving.
