of roughly chopped black chocolate

of butter
1/4 cup or 2.14 oz.

egg yolks

Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double-boiler. Leave to cool.
Cream egg yolks and sugar. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Folk egg in the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
At least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
