of full fat cream - 35% or more
1 cup or 8.3 oz.

tablespoons
of iced sugar
Instructions
Pour full fat cream in a mixing bowl.
Add iced sugar and mix.
Sieve and pour in your cream whipper.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
