Beetroot Carpaccio with Parmesan & Radishes à la Française

big beetroots

radishes

parmesan
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
butter
salt
pepper
Instructions
Slice finely the beetroots with a mandolin and place on the plate.
Shave some parmesan cheese on top of the beetroots.
Add some washed rockets.
Wash the radishes and incise on top of them a cross.
Add some butter and salt in this cross.
Then add as you like some pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Really simple and delicious!
