Beetroot Carpaccio with Parmesan & Radishes à la Française

Ingredients
  

  • 3 big beetroots
  • 12 radishes
  • 100 gr rocket
  • 50 gr parmesan
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice finely the beetroots with a mandolin and place on the plate.
  • Shave some parmesan cheese on top of the beetroots.
  • Add some washed rockets.
  • Wash the radishes and incise on top of them a cross.
  • Add some butter and salt in this cross.
  • Then add as you like some pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Really simple and delicious!
