Basic French vinaigrette dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of red wine/cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dijon mustard with vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  • Add pepper and olive oil. Mix.
  • Reserve and pour in your green or mixed salad at the last-minute.
