Instructions
Peel the apples. Cut them in half and hollow them out.
Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
In each mold, put a large teaspoon of salted butter caramel then place two apple halves.
Bake for 2 hours.
When the apples are tender, take them out of the oven and set them aside.
Cut puff pastry disks the size of your muffin tins.
Place on top of the apples, prick with a fork and bake for about 30 minutes.
