Beetroot and shallot salad

  • 3 beetroot raw
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Do not peel the beetroot and cook for 40 minutes in a pressure cooker. Like potatoes, to check if it is ready, pick a knife in it.
  • Peel and dice beetroot.
  • Peel and chop shallots.
  • Mix beetroot with vinegar, oil and add just a pinch of salt.
