  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 tomato (400 gr)
  • 150 gr fresh goat cheese
  • 10 leaves oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Follow this recipe for the shortcrust pastry. For this pie, I used white flour and not spelled flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • Roll out the shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.
  • Spread the goat cheese
  • Slice the tomato
  • Place them on the pie.
  • Fold the edges.
  • Add a little oregano on top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Add a little olive oil just before serving.
