Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml. of full fat cream - 35% or more 1 cup or 8.3 oz.
  • 3 tablespoons of iced sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pour full fat cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Add iced sugar and mix.
  • Sieve and pour in your cream whipper.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
