French tabbouleh

Ingredients
  

  • 280 gr. of couscous
  • 280 ml. of water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 to matoes
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 10 leaves of mint
  • 10 leaves of basil
  • 80 gr. of cooked chickpeas
  • 8 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of colza oil
  • 2 tablespoons of gold-of-pleasure oil
  • 140 gr. of corn
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil. Pour on top of the couscous semolina, cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Crumble using a fork.
  • Wash, peel and dice cucumber. Wash and dice red hot pepper and tomatoes.
  • Wash and chisel basil and mint.
  • Add to the semolina all the ingr├ędients listed above. Mixed slowly for a long time.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
