Fresh tomato and mozzarella recipe with lemon olive oil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 mozzarella di Buffala
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt flower
  • 6 basil leaves
  • some pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice finely tomato and mozzarella (Tip : use a bread knife, everything will get easier)
  • Place in one plate.
  • Chisel basil leaves. Mix with lemon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Brush on top of the tomato and mozzarella slices. Pour the left over on top and refrigerate until serving.
