Mix sugar and egg yolks until the mix become a bit white.
Add all ingredients left.
Mix using a wooden spatula.
Make a kind of cylinder with the dough (4cm of thickness)
Roll into plastic wrap and place in your freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut the cylinder into pieces (1 cm).
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
You can use muffin mold, if you want your cookies to look regular and nice !
