Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 130 gr. of roughly chopped black chocolate 1.08 cup or 4.6 oz.
  • 60 gr. of butter 1/4 cup or 2.14 oz.
  • 4 tablespoons suggar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate and butter in top of double-boiler. Leave to cool.
  • Cream egg yolks and sugar. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Folk egg in the chocolate mixture.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • At least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
