Leeks with French vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients
  

Leeks

  • 600 gr leeks
  • 1 tsp salt

French vinaigrette dressing

  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine/cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Leeks

  • Wash leeks and remove edges.
  • Bring to a boil a casserole dish full of water.
  • Add leeks and a teaspoon of salt. Leave to cook for 25 minutes.
  • Drain and leave to cool.
  • Serve cold with a vinaigrette.

French vinaigrette dressing

  • Mix all ingredients.
