  • 8 lamb ribbings
  • 8 bacon slices
  • fresh goat cheese
  • dry tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • pepper


  • Cut 8 ribbings from the lamb racks.
  • Dice the dry tomatoes.
  • Mix the diced tomatoes with the basil and the goat cheese.
  • Add some pepper.
  • Spread the mix on the lamb ribs and wrap it into one bacon slice.
  • Bake the lamb piece on both side until the meet is cooked.
